Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (“GDPR”).
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of Personal Data, we would like to inform you of the following:
1. Identification details of the Data Controller
The Data Controller of Personal Data is the company Immobiliare Aprea based in Ponza (LT) in Corso Carlo Pisacane 84 04027, owner Aprea Emilio.
2. Type of Data collected and modalities
Immobiliare Aprea will process the Personal Data collected in the rental contract/registration form, such as first name, last name, address of residence, domicile, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address communicated when signing the contract/confirming the reservation.
3. Purposes of the processing
The processing of Personal Data is aimed at:

a) to provide personalized services during the stay at Relais Solis; b) to comply with legal obligations under the Legislative Decree of May 23, 2011, No. 79 (as amended), which implies the registration and communication of personal details of customers staying at Relais Solis to the competent Police or Police Headquarters; c) to comply with administrative accounting and tax obligations; d) to send promotions and commercial communications for the promotion of events and customer profiling in order to provide personalized offers. This activity may be carried out by non-automated means (such as paper mail and/or telephone with operator) or by automated means (such as SMS and/or MMS, telephone without operator, e-mail, fax, interactive applications).

The legal basis for the processing is: (i) your explicit consent to this Privacy Policy for the reasons set forth in (d); (ii) the signing of the lease/booking contract entered into with Immobiliare Aprea for the performance of which it is necessary to process your personal data, i.e., for the pursuit of the purposes set forth in (a); (iii) to comply with legal obligations, specifically in accordance with (b) and (c).
The provision of certain of your personal data for the purposes indicated in (a), (b) and (c) is necessary to fulfill your requests; therefore, your failure to provide consent to the provision of the data may result in the impossibility for Immobiliare Aprea / Relais Solis to accommodate you as a client.

On the other hand, the provision of your Personal Data for the purposes indicated in point d) is optional. In this case, failure to provide your Personal Data will result in the inability of L’Immobiliare Aprea/ Relais Solis to carry out marketing and promotional activities towards you or to personalize your experience at our home, but will have no consequences in relation to the purposes indicated in a). The mandatory or optional nature of the communication of your personal data will be specified at the time of data collection.

4. Method of processing and storage of collected Data
Personal Data is processed manually or with electronic tools. With your consent, automated or other electronic tools will also be used for the purpose of distributing promotional materials (including, but not limited to, by e-mail). Your Data will be kept for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

5. Communication and dissemination of collected Data
In relation to the above-mentioned purposes, the data may be communicated to the following entities: (i) employees and collaborators of Immobiliare Aprea/Relais Solis who have access to personal data by virtue of their role; and (ii) public bodies and authorities, if the communication is necessary or functional for the proper fulfillment of obligations arising from national or European legislation.

6. Transmission of Data
Personal Data will be processed within the European Union and stored on servers located in Italy.

7. Retention period of collected Data
Personal Data collected for the above purposes will be kept in accordance with the principles of proportionality and necessity and in any case for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

8. Rights of the Data Subject
At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15/21 of the General Data Protection Regulation, your right to access your Personal Data and request a copy of it; request its rectification; obtain the restriction of its processing; object to the processing of your Data; and obtain data portability, i.e., receive it from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit it to another data controller without hindrance, when technically possible. We inform you that you may object, at any time, to processing for direct marketing purposes. The right to object to the processing of Personal Data by automated means also extends to the processing of Personal Data by non-automated means, except in the case of partial objection. By objecting to the processing of data for promotional and marketing purposes by Immobiliare Aprea, your data will no longer be processed for such purposes.

9. Reservations and Payments
Aprea Realty allows clients to book rooms directly through our website. Payment of 30 percent of the reservation total is required at the time of booking, which counts as a deposit and is non-refundable in the event of a no show. Payment is handled by Stripe, a secure and compliant payment service. Stripe processes payments using strict security standards to protect our clients’ financial information. Relais Solis/Immobiliare Aprea does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

10. Contact Form
Aprea/Relais Solis Real Estate also provides a contact form for customer inquiries and communications. The information provided through this form will be used only to respond to customer inquiries and will not be shared with third parties outside of the cases provided in this privacy policy.
